Consulting to Industry

Fulcrum provides a variety of services to other commercial companies. These services take a variety of forms:

• We provide technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assist with the actual execution of programs or to consult on the optimization of products based on our experience in the field performing activities relevant to the products in question.
• We provide assistance in transitioning products to operational use based on technical expertise, and relationships.
• We evaluate developmental products. Developers are often reluctant to test their products in front of their customers while they are still in development. Fulcrum can evaluate products, in effect acting as pseudo customers, without the developer having to be concerned that a less than perfect test result will negatively impact their program.

Program Management

Fulcrum has decades of successful aircraft integration program management experience, both governmental and commercial, resident in-house. Our PM experience is full spectrum: bid & proposal, design, substantiation, fabrication, test, certification, training, material management, and logistics with full responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance. We specialize in first articles and rapid prototyping.
